All entries must be received on or by September 25, 2010. There will be 5 random drawings throughout the month of August 2010 from entries received up to the point of said drawings. On or about September 25, 2010 a random draw will consist of 100 remaining entries. Decision of the judges and Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc is final. The Finalist will be notified by phone, mail, and/or E-Mail and must meet all eligibility requirements.
On or about October 2, 2010, ten finalists will be pick from a random draw, and along with the five random draws from the month of August will comprise the finalist list. Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from that list on or about October 2, 2010. Winner must be present at this drawing in order to claim prize. In the event that the winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she forfeits the prize, the prize will be awarded to first alternate. Process will continue until prize is awarded.
All contestants entering must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Central Chevrolet Inc., Central Auto Inc., their promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.
The Prize is non-transferable, however, Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.
Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that : a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Central Chevrolet Inc, Central Auto Inc, their parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the "Releaser") from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes the Releaser to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.
Prize may not be released until Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc receives all required documents. Failure of winner to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of forfeiture, the winner forfeiting prize may be required sign a Prize Forfeit Form and have it returned to Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc within ten (10) days of receiving the Form.
Employee’s, immediate family members of employee’s, and household members of employee’s are not eligible. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.
Unforeseen Events: Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc becomes aware of any circumstances or occurrences which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rule changes over the air, in print or posters. Central Chevrolet Inc/Central Auto Inc is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
